Paul Longbottom and his wife, Kate Shadiac, have owned Sevenhill Hotel since August 2013. With more than 15 years of experience in the hotel industry, Paul and Kate have taken the iconic venue to the next level.

Established in 1863, the historic Sevenhill Hotel is nestled among the best of Clare Valley’s wineries, making it the perfect destination to enjoy a meal while spending the day experiencing the region’s beauty. Visitors can also settle in for dinner at Sevenhill Hotel’s amazing cellar, which is full of local and international wines.

The walk-in cellar houses more than 200 wines and provides seating for a table of up to 20 people for a unique dining experience. The venue also boasts an outstanding outdoor dining and beer garden area that often hosts local musicians on sunny Sunday afternoons.

Representing nearly every wine producer in Clare Valley, Sevenhill Hotel is a one-stop- shop for any after-hours take-away wine needs. The hotel also offers a good selection of local boutique beer.

The menu at Sevenhill Hotel celebrates regional food and produce, featuring à la carte, pub fare, vegetarian and gluten-free options. The restaurant can also cater for special functions with canapés and finger-food platters.

In 2012, Sevenhill Hotel received the award for Best Bistro/Casual Dining (Country) at the Australian Hotels Association (AHA) South Australian Awards for Excellence.
