Twisted Sticks Organic Shiraz

This shiraz is a full-bodied wine that is a deep brick-red colour. It portrays a smooth wine with notes of plums, blackberries and herbs on the nose and palate. It finishes with hints of vanilla and velvet oak characters.

This wine is a blend of touriga, lagrein and cabernet sauvignon. Each wine was fermented individually and expertly blended together. It is a vivid, deep, dark purple colour with aromas of black cherries, florals, wild herbs and liquorice savouriness. The palate is supple, dapper and poised, which results in exotic savoury notes over a rich, red and blackberry fruit canvas.

TimeKeeper Tawny

The nose exhibits aromas of toffee, plum, caramel and exotic spice against the warming scent of vanillin oak. The palate shows a complex range of flavours, including dark cherry, sweet spice, plum and fruitcake. Smooth brandy spirit is also evident. The luscious residual sweetness and oak maturation has added its own magical warming glow.

Ink Series Bianco d’Alessano

Bianco d’alessano is an Italian variety originating from Puglia in the south of Italy. It is described as sitting somewhere between a riesling and a sauvignon blanc, with the aromas of pear, loquats and pineapple, and follows on into the palate with balanced acidity.
